”ACPE Texas Pharmacy Association (154) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Continuing education will be provided to participants who completed all course requirements.

Description: The purpose of this presentation is to provide ideas on tailoring a trainee’s rotation based upon their existing skills, desired goals and future career path.

At the completion of this activity, pharmacists will be able to:
1. Discuss methods to evaluate a trainee’s existing skills to allow new professional growth.
2. Identify your trainee’s desired goals based upon their prior experiences and formulate new goals with them.
3. Evaluate your trainee’s future career path and identify areas for improvement and ease of transition.

This lesson is an application-based CE activity and is targeted to pharmacists. This program has been approved for 1.5 contact hours of continuing education credit (0.15 CEU).
