How do I log into the Center for Excellence?

If you don’t know your login information, Click Here to receive an e-mail to reset your password.  The e-mail will include your username.

How do I register for a continuing education program?

To register for Webinars or CE On-Demand from the Center for Excellence, simply select the type of program you are interested in registering for the dropdown menu under Education Central.  A list of available programs will appear on your screen.

Once you’ve selected the program you would like to view/attend, click Register Now.  Follow the registration instructions to sign up for the program.

Can I earn credit by attending programs online?

Yes, all programs offered in the Center for Excellence are approved by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.  Credit information can be found in the description of each program and will appear on your certificate of attendance.

Is my CE credit history available online?

You can access your complete online seminar history from the Center for Excellence by clicking the My Credentials link at the top of the page.  Additionally, you can build a comprehensive continuing education portfolio using the Add Self-Reported Credit option and by attending in-person seminars sponsored by the Texas Pharmacy Association.

I can’t attend an upcoming webinar.  Will there be a replay?

Most webinars will be available in an on-demand format within a week or two after the original broadcast.

I attended a live webinar.  Can I also get on-demand access?

Please contact the Texas Pharmacy Association for details about on-demand access for webinar attendees.

How do I obtain written materials for a webinar?

Materials are automatically sent to registrants the day of the webinar.  Materials are sent from support@seminarweb.com and may be inadvertently redirected to your spam folder.  If you need us to resend materials, please call 1-800-701-5161. 

Why can’t I print the materials shown during a webinar?

The PowerPoint presentation and other materials shown during the webinar cannot be printed from the webinar viewer.  Materials are automatically sent to registrants the morning of the program. 

How do I download materials from an on-demand program?

Not all on-demand programs include downloadable materials.  Materials available for download appear on the “Other Resources” tab in the Player.  Registrants should click on the file type graphic (such as .pdf or .mp3) to download the file.

Are transactions on the Center for Excellence secure?

Yes!  The Center for Excellence uses Secure Socket Layer technology to secure transactions.  The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol has become the universal standard on the Web for authenticating websites to Web browser users, and for encrypting communications between browser users and Web servers. Because SSL is built into all major browsers and Web servers, simply installing a digital certificate, or Server ID, enables SSL capabilities. What this means to you is that the Center for Excellence is a safe and secure place to conduct e-commerce transactions, including such activities as storing your credit card number and personal information.
