Barriers to Learning: A PGY2 Resident Perspective

Allyson Thrall, PharmD and Nancy Koo, PharmD Resident will conduct a 1-hour knowledge-based continuing education interactive webinar learning program that will help bring to light barriers to learning from the perspective of a resident.

Learning Objectives:
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Identify resident barriers to effective learning
2. Review the literature of barriers encountered by pharmacy residents and other medical disciplines
3. Develop potential strategies to implement at your practice site to improve resident learning and subsequent performance

The Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
