CPE Monitor
For questions regarding NABP e-Profile ID creation and maintenance, as well as the reporting process to the state boards of pharmacy, please contact NABP Customer Service at 847-391-4406, Monday-Friday between 8:45 AM and 5:00 PM CT.
Collection of Data from the CPE Taker
TPA will provide written instructions and customer service support to assist all TPA CPE takers in providing TPA with the pharmacists or technicians unique NABP e-Profile ID and four-digit date of birth.
TPA staff will NOT be able to accept any information verbally to make the Center for Excellence online profile changes. It is the responsibility of the CPE taker to make the changes to their Center for Excellence online profile.
TPA does not have the access OR authority to look up NABP e-Profile ID numbers on behalf of a CPE taker.
It is the responsibility of the CPE taker to give TPA correct information. If incorrect information is provided, the record will be rejected by CPE Monitor and the CPE credit will not be awarded.
It is the responsibility of the CPE taker to make sure that the CPE taker only has ONE Center for Excellence online profile associated with ONE username and password. Only the one profile that includes the NABP e-Profile ID will be transferred to CPE Monitor. IF the CPE taker has taken CPE under another Center for Excellence username and password, that CPE credit will not be transferred to CPE Monitor.
TPA Data Transfer to CPE Monitor
TPA will transfer data to the CPE Monitor system on the 15th of every month.*
It is the responsibility of the CPE taker to monitor their transcript on CPE Monitor to make sure all CPE is accounted for. IF an TPA program is not listed on a CPE takers transcript after 8 weeks following the program completion, then:
o The full name of the CPE taker.
o The complete name and ACPE number of the CPE activity.
o The date of completion of the CPE activity.
o A way to contact the CPE taker for follow up questions.
NO exceptions will be made.
*TPA will review data transfer timing as we gain experience with our CPE takers needs and the CPE Monitor system. In addition, we will monitor the need for additional transfers at the end of year.
