To Your Health Community Health Fair and Wellness Programs

A Community Health and Wellness Program...
 To Your Health health fairs are a collection of health care screening services coupled with the opportunities for an individual, or an entire family, to consult directly with health care practitioners. Attendees of our health fairs are informed of wide-ranging health and medical related programs and services available in their community.

These health fairs are provided as a free public service to the greater metropolitan communities of Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami and San Antonio. Through an exclusive working relationship with CVS/pharmacy, and their local constituencies, the health fairs operate from the parking lots of select retail store locations. Chances are a CVS/pharmacy store near you will host one of our health fairs.
 

 

Health Screenings

We all know the importance of eating right and staying healthy. Getting routine screenings are an important part of healthy living as well. However, going to the doctor to have your blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes screenings isn’t always convenient. H-E-B is doing its part to help save your family time and money by providing Screening events in our stores. We offer screenings that are quick, easy and available at your nearby H-E-B Pharmacy:

Second Saturday Screenings — March thru October, 9 am to 12 pm

Save time and money while managing your health!  Screenings include blood pressure, blood glucose,  cholesterol and diabetes testing.
